  1. I made a smoothie bowl for breakfast, blended strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, almond milk and chia seeds. then topped it with chia seeds, bananas and the fruit I blended with. then for lunch I had a veggie burger with tomatoes, sprouts and green onions! 😜
